I received my Member Package. Now what?
Your Member Book is what you’ll need to show the golf course when you check-in to receive your preferred ExecGolf rate. Every time you use a Bonus Round, you will need to surrender the appropriate Bonus Round Certificate to the golf course. Please do not lose your Member Book as it is “same as cash” and has a replacement fee equal to what you paid for your membership.

Is there a limit on how many times I can play?
This is an unlimited membership program, so play as many times as you’d like for the preferred ExecGolf rates!

When does my Membership expire?
Membership expires at the end of the calendar year.

If I buy the Foursome Deal, do we all have to play together?
Absolutely not!

How do I make a tee time?
Please call the golf course directly and mention you are an ExecGolf Member to ensure you receive full benefits. Make sure you are not booking during a restricted time period. The golf course has every right to charge you full rack rate during restricted time periods. To receive the ExecGolf member rate, you must present your valid Membership Book and photo I.D. to the Golf Shop at time of check-in.

When can I sign-up for the tournament series?
Tournament sign-ups begin 30 days prior to the event date. The most up-to-date event schedule will be posted and sign-up reminders will be emailed. Make sure we have your current email address!

What happens if a participating course can no longer accept ExecGolf play?
The participating courses are subject to change. If there is an instance where a participating course can no longer accept ExecGolf play due to course closure, renovations or for any other reason, ExecGolf will do everything possible to find a replacement course. This, however, cannot be guaranteed by ExecGolf.

What if I lose my membership card?
Your membership card is “same as cash.” There will be a fee to replace your membership card.
