Q. I’m signed up. Now what?
You’ll receive your complete Member Welcome Package in 5-7 business days.
In that package will be your Member Card that you’ll need to show the golf course when you check-in to receive your special ExecGolf rate. On that same Member Card will be your 16 Bonus Rounds. You’ll also receive a separate Preview Member Card which will have your 9 Preview Rounds. Each time you use a Bonus Round or Preview Round, the golf course will punch the appropriate card.
Please do not lose either one of your Member Cards, as they are “same as cash” and have a replacement fee of $49.95 + tax.
Q. Is there a limit on how many times I can play?
This is an unlimited Membership program, so play as many times as you like!
Q. When does my Membership expire?
Your Membership is valid from May 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013.
Q. Can I use all 11 of my Bonus Rounds at the same golf course?
The Bonus Rounds are 2 rounds at each of the Participating Courses.
Q. If I buy the Foursome Deal do we all have to play together?
You do not have to play together, it is just a way to save more money!
Q. How do I book tee times online?
To book ExecGolf Member tee times online, simply go to book.execgolf.com. You will need to create a new account to use the online booking portal.
PLEASE NOTE: Only select the "Bonus Round Rate" if you still have a
Bonus Round available at that Club. If you book a Bonus Round online
and do not have one available, the Golf Shop will charge you for the
applicable ExecGolf rate at that time.
To receive the ExecGolf member rate, you must present your valid
membership card to the Golf Shop at time of check-in.
Q. What happens if a participating course can no longer accept ExecGolf play?
The participating courses are subject to change. If there is an instance where a participating course can no longer accept ExecGolf play due to course closure, renovations or for any other reason, ExecGolf will do everything possible to find a replacement course. This, however, cannot be guaranteed by ExecGolf.
Q. What if I lose my membership card?
Your membership card is "same as cash." There will be a $49.95 +tax fee to replace your membership card.
